Works for me as well. I previously had issues, but that was due to the "fixes" that I had in for the earlier releases of the Flash player plugin. However, after I edited the mms.cfg in /etc/adobe it works fine. I am running 10.0 r15 as well in Ubuntu 8.04 with FF 3.06.
Just out of curiousity, are you running NoScript as a FF Plugin and AdBlock Plus? If so, please check the settings to ensure that you are allowing the site.
