GOOD NEWS
I found a temporary fix

After the installation finishes instead of rebooting i hit Go Back and
execute a shell

#chroot /target
#bash
#/usr/sbin/grub-install /dev/sda
#sync
#exit
#exit
#exit

And I hit Finish the installation
And after this it Boots OK

I believe the problem is that grub somehow doesn't install in the
standard installation and also doesn't show any error messages.
