Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: sendmail

I have a system that gets network configured via DHCP, which is set up
to assign it a fixed address. Sendmail starts at stage S21, and
NetworkManager (and consequently dhcpclient) - at stage S28. As a
result, DNS is inaccessible at the time of sendmail startup, which leads
to long delay in boot process.

I'd suggest to move start of sendmail later on, possibly between S30
(gdm) and S89 (cron and atd).

Thanks for consideration.

Eugene
