Public bug reported: Description: Ubuntu 8.04.2 Release: 8.04
When /etc/init.d/mountoverflowtmp decides it needs to mount a tmpfs at /tmp, it mounts one that is so small that many applications fail. It should mount one which is larger, perhaps based on the total memory available on the system. It also needs to notify the user somehow so that the situation can be resolved. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- emergency overflow /tmp is too small https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/329156 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
