Thank you for your bug. Restarting dbus dynamically is something not a
feature supported by upstream, application are restarted to connect to
the new bus when you do that and that's why you get a nautilus window.
Marking as rejected, that's not a bug, dbus should not be restarted like
that or you accept to restart applications using it
