And sorry being a nuisance. I am waiting for one year and a half that the mic 
problem on my laptop is fixed. And now I know is it fixed upstream, I am a bit 
too impatient ! Sorry.

Could you consider backporting only the following fix for the mics ?

This fix only add a new model (acer-dmic) for Realtek ALC268.
So the risks are low : The worst case is that this new model doesn't work at 
all. But in any case it won't create regressions.
Here is patch against the package linux 2.6.28-8.22 : The original fix apply 
cleanly. I have only fix the offsets.
