* Replace mono-mcs build-dep with mono-devel.
* Add MCS=/usr/bin/csc CSC=/usr/bin/csc to configure parameters.
* Adjust build-dependencies for gnome-sharp2 transition (LP: #314516):
- libgnome2.0-cil -> libgnome2.24-cil
* debian/patches/no_PrintSample.dpatch:
- Disable PrintSample support, obsolete.
