This bug also affects me hence I can confirm it.
I am running ubuntu 8.10 x86_64
Firefox 3.0.6
To produce the problem just open Firefox and the top bar doesn't appear see
attachment.
I have been using Firefox today and it was working fine. Went to open a few
minutes later and now there is no top bar.
You still get the scroll bar at the side.
I am expecting the top bar to be there.
