Binary package hint: hal-info
Nokia 5300 phone is not recognized as mobile broadband modem. So it cannot be
used through NetworkManager.
I think this can be a problem of hal-info, maybe something is lack in
/usr/share/hal/fdi/information/10freedesktop/10-modem.fdi
