Just in case you'd be willing to test, the most recent pre-release of
Jaunty 9.04 (currently Alpha4) contains a 2.6.28 based kernel -
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/jaunty/ . It would be interesting to
know if this issue remains. Unfortunately you can only test suspend via
a LiveCD, not hibernate. So please let us know your results if you are
willing to update and test. Thanks.
