Ok, this is the procedure that causes an assured problem on my system:

0. Be sure to save all your sensitive data in the OOo applications because some
of them can close with a failure
1. Please create a new OOo Draw document
2. Create a new line
3. Use the tools for the curve modification and modify the nodes of this line
(as if it was a curve) so that the graphical object would consist of several
smooth segments.
To do this, I tried to add an additional node with smooth transition to the
line. Another way is to convert the boundary nodes of the line to the nodes
with smooth transitions. This way the line becomes a curve.
4. At this point, if I save the document, I get the application failure.
It was so interesting to me, I tried to start the OOo application from the
command line to see if there is any standard output with errors, but there is
nothing informative.

I found this error because when I started to use OOo Draw, I was making
a process scheme. It seemed common to me first to create a line joining
the start and the end of the process and then to convert it to a curve
which passes around all the other objects on the diagram. At this point
I did not try to create the curve directly because I thought the problem
affects the saving procedure if the picture contains any bézier curve.
Some time later I understood that it affects only the documents
containing curves which are derived from lines.

The problem cannot be regarded as a serious one, but for the first few
days of using OOo Draw it bepuzzled me.
