Just tested with Alpha 4, first issue is that the live session does not support my laptop's trackpad.
As for the suspend testing, I tried three different ways with varying end results, but none resulted in a successful suspend and resume. #1 - Booted with the SD card inserted. Attempted to suspend the system and the laptop hung in the process of suspending with a flashing moon (normally flashes while spending and then solid once suspended). At this point nothing I tried short of holding the power button had any effect. #2 - Booted without the SD card inserted and did not insert it prior to attempting suspend. Unit appeared to suspend correctly, achieving a solid moon indicator. However, resume never achieved an active display, though the system did appear to go through the motions with the exception of the display. #3 - Booted without the SD card and then inserted once on the desktop. Same results as #1. At this point 9.04 would seem to be an overall regression in suspend functionality. -- sdhci: suspend problems with mounted partition https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/295354 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
