In 8.04 settings for KDE4 apps were stored in ~/.kde4/. In 8.10 they were moved
to their normal directory of ~/.kde
To copy your ktorrent settings over you'd need to copy
~/.kde4/share/config/ktorrentrc file and the ~/.kde4/share/apps/ktorrent
directories to their corresponding places in ~/.kde.
