I installed the latest package from the Jaunty repository

And I can confirm your bug report. There is only one option for Berlin,
and it is a defunct weather station. the information is from March 02.
It is Feb 16 today, and unless they have really good forecasting
information I am going to assume that is March 02 of 2008.

I am going to update the information upstream. I am trying to find
someone with the ability to mark a gnome-bug as confirmed and hopefully
the correct individuals will see this.
