I'm tunning Ubuntu Intrepid
I have a Canon iP4500 printer connected to my Windows XP Desktop installation.
It is shared by smb:// over the network.
I added the printer using the dialog System > Administration > Printing and I
added all the properties (including credentials for the network share).
If I try to print, everything goes well. However, if I enable duplex printing,
a message will appear on the Windows computer: "Not possible to print in duplex
because this paper size is not supported" (I translated this sentence from
Dutch.) On my Linux laptop and WIndows computer, the paper size is set to A4.
CUPS does know this and just thinks the page is correctly printed.
I can correctly print from Windows over the network.
I know I have to supply more info, but I don't know what info. Please
tell me which logs you need.
