Thank you for the additional details. I think you misunderstand the purpose of Application Finder. It is intended to allow you to easily find and run programs. The exact commands used are in other files. Look in /usr/share/applications and /usr/share/app-install/desktop and you should find the .desktop menu files. Looking in those files, the line which starts "Exec=" is the command used to run the application. You will also find the comments, notes, and other details about each application there.These are all readily readable and can be copied with out more work by the developers. These are the files used by both the Applications Menu and Application Finder.
