following helps me as workaround, bug is still exists
1. close quanta
2. manually open project file (.webprj) with any text editor - it's simply xml
file
3. find string with neighbouring file (for example if you want to add
getuser.php - find getinfo.php) and add new string here with the file you're
trying to add.
eg add
<item modified_time="1204146000" url="admin/getuser.php" uploadstatus="1" />
i'm not sure should it be added exactly near the neighbouring file's string but
made it just in case
4. save&close this file
5. open quanta and open your project
