Public bug reported:

I run PostgreSQL in same computer with OpenOffice.org Base. I can
create, edit and delete tables as much as I want. But when it goes to
defining relationships, it simply does not work. If I drag and drop some
field to other field on other table or use that New relation -dialog, it
gives no error messages at all. New foreign key and relation between
tables is not indicated at all with line between those tables.

When everything is saved and I exit OpenOffice.org Base, I can command
my PostgreSQL to create SQL-dump. Even that SQL-dumps lacks that foreign
key I tried to create. If I run command ”psql” and give raw SQL-
commands, I really can create foreign keys and they can be seen in SQL-
dump, too.

** Affects: openoffice.org (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
