with drive formatted as ext4, resuming from suspend causes above error, 
intermittently  scrolling in a tty. Killed by alt-sys- rq.
Drive is 250Gb sata, board Gigabyte GA-P35, core2-proc, 8400gs graphics with 
180driver enabled.
