regdump_vesa.txt (using vesa which is what I'm using now and seems to work fine) regdump_bad.txt (using radeon after vesa, fails) regdump_good.txt (using fglrx, killing the Xserver then using radeon, seems to work fine) All those calls to radeontool have been made using the latest git version on Intrepid. I hope you can solve it for Jaunty.
