My ~/.screenrc was empty at the time, I have since customized it. I hadn't
made any changes, aside from adding some aliases, to my .bashrc either. I
moved my .bashrc to see if it solved the problem (which it did). Then I
moved it back and the problem came back. I proceeded to go through line by
line and comment everything in my .bashrc out. The line that finally fixed
it was when the bash_completion was was loaded. I then uncommented
everything else and it remained fixed. This is when I applied the fix which
I mentioned in the original bug report of not loading bash_completion when
$TERM equaled screen. I will attach my entire .bashrc as well... however the
problem has to lie in the bash_completion file as it's the only thing that
is no longer being loaded when I launch screen now as compared to when it
was not working.
