Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: bluez

When disabling the bluetooth using the "Dell bluetooth switch" checkbox in
bluetooth-applet, you can't enable it anymore, the same checkbox won't do that,
you also have to run the command sudo /etc/init.d/bluetooth restart.
The same happens when using the hardware switch
