** Summary changed:
- xorg freeze while playing a video
+ [RV280 9200] xorg freeze while playing a video
** Description changed:
Binary package hint: xorg
I'm using Interpid Ibex.
When I play a video with totem (or vlc, or mplayer), Xorg freezes.
Ctrl+Alt+Backspace doesn't work, "magic keys" don't work.
The only solution is to connect via ssh, and Kill -9 Xorg (Xorg eats 99%
cpu)
~$ apt-cache policy xorg
xorg:
Installé : 1:7.4~5ubuntu3
Candidat : 1:7.4~5ubuntu3
Table de version :
*** 1:7.4~5ubuntu3 0
500 http://fr.archive.ubuntu.com intrepid/main Packages
100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
- I attach my Xorg log file, hope it will be usefull.
