Peter, you beat me to it. I was reviewing Stefan Lechner's gnome-mount log captures and noticed that when it fails it is because the UUID of the crypto volume isn't yet known:
** (gnome-mount:6982): DEBUG: In crypto_setup_device_added for /org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/volume_part_1_size_0 Which to me suggests a timing issue wherein udev hasn't had chance to complete the new clear-text block device set-up before gnome-mount expects it to be available. -- [Intrepid + Hardy] Regression: External crypto-drives are not automounted after given password https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/217749 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
