I upgraded to the new kernel 2.6.28-8-generic #23 and then on reboot, after some minutes, apport starts the bug report. The netbook was plugged on AC and I did not take any action related to suspend/resume. After bug report the machine still worked fine and then I powered it off as default. Seems a not reproducible problem I hope it was a random event.
The only reproducible problem now I have with suspend/resume is related with this bug #331421, but it is not a kernel problem.
