Seems to be two issues:

1. Every custom shortcut that's disabled will fail to parse as valid
binding in gsd-keybindings-manager.c and therefor throw this warning (to
reproduce add a shortcut, restart GDM, look in ~/.xsession-errors).

2. The command of a custom shortcut can't be changed - it's not limited
to those three at-shortcuts (to reproduce add a shortcut, close gnome-
keybinding-properties, reopen, edit the command field of the added
shortcut, close gnome-keybinding-properties, reopen - initial command is
there again).
