I had removed powernowd, since I've read on the mailinglists that it's not 
required anymore.. this caused the "performance" governor to be used.
Installing powernowd now again gives me "ondemand" back.. strange.. maybe it 
would require a clean boot? Now, with "ondemand", cpu freq goes back to 1000MHz 
for some time - but "performance" should not constantly bump the freq for idle 
processes, too..?!
