In the log files, it appears that your video card is not detecting any
outputs connected.
Can you please describe how you have your system set up, and what
monitor(s) are attached to it? What are the make and models of the
monitors?
Run the following commands when you're seeing this problem (you may need
to ssh into the box to do this):
* xrandr --verbose
* sudo get-edid|parse-edid > edid.txt
Also if possible please test against Jaunty as it has numerous output
fixups and may have this bug covered already. If you can still
reproduce it with Jaunty Alpha-5 or newer, we can forward your bug
upstream.
