Agree with the missing changelog entries. Regarding one of the Ubuntu chages, are you referring to "Breaks: udev (<< 136-1)" and "Build- Depends: debhelper (>= 7.0.17ubuntu2)"? Is that needed as only newer or same versions are available in Jaunty? If not please let me know which change you are referring to.
