This is a known issue with the Zimbra 4.5 series - the web Admin interface does not work with FireFox 3 (or any other newish non-IE browser). Zimbra has stated that it will not be fixed, and they seem to close any bugs pertaining to this issue with the suggestion that the user upgrade to the latest version (Zimbra 5 series).
