I have found the exact same problem in Redhat bugzilla #476392: " Suspend and Hibernate don't work on HP DV5T " https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=476392 The HP DV5T has the exact same SATA controller, the symptom are the same too. What is the proper method to notify upstream?
