Binary package hint: xfce4-xkb-plugin
The user settings of this panel plugin are not restored at Xfce startup. The
user has to change them each time he runs Xfce (bug #53532).
This bug has been fixed in feisty with a new upstream release (0.4.2-0ubuntu1),
from which the attached patch is taken.
