No activity means that nothing gets sent to notify-osd, so I'm
reassigning to to network-manager-applet for now. I suspect that this is
probably due to you clicking the "Do not display this information again"
button, so that probably isn't a bug (because it is doing as you asked).
I don't know where the settings are stored to reset this back to its
default again.
