Public bug reported: Binary package hint: apport
There is a printing bug info script in the Ubuntu wiki, https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PrintingBugInfoScript, that collects a lot of information that is useful for diagnosing printing problems. It would be useful if it was included in hookutils.py as a convenience function so that multiple packages can access it.
