Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: yelp

It's easy to get Yelp to generate search errors. For example, if I run
Yelp and search for "help", I get a bunch of errors. (Please see
attachment "yelp-help-errors".) (The I/O errors are reported as bug
#333601, they are probably a different bug.)

This is an example searching for "font":
> $ gnome-help ghelp:///usr/share/gnome/help/evince/C/evince.xml
> I/O error : Is a directory
> I/O error : Is a directory
> error : unterminated entity reference Holmes fonts
> error : unterminated entity reference Y fonts, installing

The file "/usr/share/doc/texlive-base-bin-doc/dvips/dvips.html" happens
to contain the text referenced by the errors. dvips.html looks okay,
though, and tidy doesn't find any errors.

My version of Ubuntu:
> $ lsb_release -rd
> Description: Ubuntu 8.10
> Release: 8.10

> $ apt-cache policy yelp
> yelp:
> Installed: 2.24.0-0ubuntu2
> Candidate: 2.24.0-0ubuntu2
> Version table:
> *** 2.24.0-0ubuntu2 0
> 500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com intrepid/main Packages
> 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

The dvips.html file belongs to the "texlive-base-bin-doc" package:
> $ apt-cache policy texlive-base-bin-doc
> texlive-base-bin-doc:
> Installed: 2007.dfsg.2-3ubuntu1
> Candidate: 2007.dfsg.2-3ubuntu1
> Version table:
> *** 2007.dfsg.2-3ubuntu1 0
> 500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com intrepid/main Packages
> 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

** Affects: yelp (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
