Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs
The browser-startpage in Hebrew appears at the opposite direction
Hebrew HTML pages should be rendered differently by using different styling or
tag classes
(in css: "direction: rtl", in HTML tags <TAG dir="rtl">)
I haven't seen the problem occur elsewhere than in 8.10 and 8.04
If needed I'll try and ask the Hebrew guys that work with 9.04
