Steps to reproduce in my system:

1. create a new calc document or open the attached 323675_before.ods
2. select column "B" -> Data -> Filter -> AutoFilter
3. open the drop down from cell B1
4. select Standard Filter and "not empty" as the condition -> OK

Then move to another sheet in the same file and do any filter operation. Go
back to Sheet 1 and see what happend to column "B". The drop down is missing
and the "Remove Filter" option is greyed out as well as the "Hide AutoFilter"
option. Attachment 323675_after.ods shows this state in my example file.
It's the same behaviour if you select the StandardFilter right away. As soon as
you run any filter in another sheet, the settings from the other sheet seem to
disappear.
