Public bug reported:

I've just done an installation of Ubuntu Dapper Drake 6.06 from a
Desktop CD image cut from the August iso on the Website.

It took 216Mb of downloaded updates to bring the image up to
specification.

Given that Dapper is supposed to be supported for five years, wouldn't
it be a good idea to do a periodic rebuild of the CD image occassionally
to incorporate the security fixes.

Sort of a 'Service Pack'.
