I'm happy to accept this is a duplicate bug, but how does it help if the
alleged original bug 149531 this is a duplicate of is private or
inaccessible?
Going to that bug gets me: "Not allowed here Sorry, you don't have
permission to access this page. You are logged in as Jim Kirkpatrick."
How am I, or anyone else, supposed to help work on this bug? Anyone?
