I've gotten so used to the problem, I've not attempted to communicate
again.  For a long time after I installed Ubuntu 8.10, I was very
careful and did not once OK a google cookie.   It is happening again,
though.  What seems to trigger it is that I OK acceptance of a Google
cookie just once.  Thereafter,  it re-establishes itself  without
invitation.

I am using the latest version of Firefox.  I have placed .google.com and
google.com on the 'exceptions' > block preference cookies list, again,
and it will not block the google 'infestation'.
