I suppose this has been fixed with

* Removed obsolete patches kubuntu_01_colourmapless_pixmap.diff,
kubuntu_02_xdg_menu.diff, kubuntu_04_menubg_colormap_fix.diff,
kubuntu_06_fix_slider.diff and kubuntu_07_scrollbars.diff
