Binary package hint: epiphany-browser
I just installed Epiphany onto a Jaunty machine, and its start page and
home page is "file:///usr/share/ubuntu-
artwork/home/locales/index-%l.html", which does not exist. So I get an
error every time it starts.
I can reproduce this after purging and reinstalling epiphany, and trying
it in a new test account with no state
