Public bug reported:

On Fedora 9 I was running Weather Report 2.22.3. Included was the city of
Lugansk in Ukraine. In /usr/share/libgweather/Locations.xml the following
details exist for it:
<location><name>Lugansk</name><code>UKCW</code></location>
My work PC is still running Fedora 9 and it still gets updates for that
location.

However, I have just installed Intrepid on my home PC, and this city is
missing. (From the version supplied on the CD - I don't recall which it
is.)

I have also looked at libgweather_2.25.91-0ubuntu2.slipped-patch and do
not see it in there.

Please can it be added back?
