Bluetooth seems to be a problematic on its own, not related to
hibernate:

restarting ubuntu the switch is working correctly, but BT only appears
when it was on during boot, booting with BT off or turning it off later
will make it impossible to bring back the functionality with switch.

running hid2hci after switching it on brings bluetooth
icon/functionality back.

After hibernate/resume:

Switch stops working for Wifi.
Bluetooth works the same: led/device is switchable, icon appears with hid2hci

seems like udev failure on BT account?

/lib/udev/rules.d/62-bluez-hid2hci.rules:
ACTION=="add", ATTRS{idVendor}=="413c", ATTRS{bInterfaceProtocol}=="02",
ATTRS{bmAttributes}=="e0", RUN+="/usr/sbin/hid2hci --tohci"

Udev Debug log is attached, I see the correct vendor but it would take
some time for me to be able to say, if some other rule is preventing
bluez rule to fire or what may be wrong with the rule itself.. but it's
safe to say hid2hci will not be executed as needed.
