When I want to add a user with Kubuntu's graphical interface (kdesu konqueror
settings:/System - Users&Groups) Kubuntu automatically assigns a User ID (e.g.
I wanted to set 2401 but it reverted to 1001). This cannot be set/changed by
hand, it keeps on reverting to 1001.
Setting a Group ID is not a problem.
