I downloaded ubuntu 8.10 LiveCD. It load fine in my CD drive. From this I was
able to put ubuntu unto a USB Stick. That works fine too on my Desktop.
However I tried to make a USB bootable CD for ubuntu to work on my Laptop that
does not support booting from a USB Device.
It never boot up just kernel panic errors. I tried finding menu.lst with sudo
gedit /boot/grub/menu.lst and a blank page open on the LiveCD. and also on the
USB stick.
