Binary package hint: openoffice.org
OpenOffice.org 3.0 seems to have this home screen that shows up when
nothing is open. The text is badly laid out and spills out the bottom of
the window. See screenshot.
Using openoffice.org 1:3.0.1-1ubuntu2 on Ubuntu 9.04.
