The kvm-source package is now handled by dkms in Ubuntu (dynamic kernel module
support).

This is working in Jaunty, except for a bug on upgrading kvm-source,
which I'm working on now. See Bug #334177.
I'm going to mark this bug 'fix released' for now. Thanks.
