Not clear on what the standards are here. The problem has reproduced faithfully on my machine every day for the past week or so. I submitted the report because I thought that would be a good way to sort out whether others were encountering the same issue. The other bug reports I read suggest not, but this was a new problem so I tried to submit anyway.
