I believe this might be dependent on automatic language-pack builds for Crimean
Tatar (Crimean Turkish) locale (crh).
In particular, at the moment, the following packages are not being built:
language-pack-crh
language-pack-crh-base

Native language name: Qırımtatarca/Qırım Türkçesi
glibc locale: crh_UA.UTF-8
